You are eligible to participate in the Humane Society’s Benefit Plan if you are regularly scheduled to work 40 hours per week. Under the plan, you have choices in medical, dental, vision, long-term disability (LTD), life insurance, and accident coverage (AD&D). Dependent benefit care is also offered under the plan.
The Humane Society covers the cost of your medical, dental, and life/LTD/AD&D benefits. If you have dependents, you pay an additional amount to cover your dependents’ medical, dental and vision plans.
Coverage is effective on the first day of the month following 90 days from your hire date.
