General business hours (non-adoption services):
Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Adoptions and Animal Viewing:
Monday - Friday 11a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday/Sunday 11a.m. - 5 p.m.
(Please allow a half hour minimum to complete adoption process.)

Incoming Animals (relinquishing/euthanasia):
9:30am- 6pm daily, by appointment 
Please call (619) 299-7012 extension 2241 to schedule.
(The wait time for walk-ins can be up to 2 hours. Appointments are strongly recommended.)

Muttique Store:
Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday/Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Rocky's Doggie Cafe:
Daily 8:00 a.m - 3:30 p.m.
