Protocol for Collaboration with San Diego Humane Society and SPCA:

The purpose of our protocol is to ensure a successful working relationship between the San Diego Humane Society and SPCA and your animal welfare organization. Our goals are the same: to find quality homes for the animals in our care. To become a member of our breed specific animal welfare program the following forms are to be completed and then approved by our Animal Services Division.

1. Adoption Partner Questionnaire (available in an editable Word document or as a PDF).

2. Species specific adoption applications

We also require home visits on an annual basis of all partners, to be completed by one of our humane officers, preferably by appointment.
