Ways to Donate
 The San Diego Humane Society is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) charity supported almost entirely by donations, and has received a four-star rating from Charity Navigator, America's largest independent evaluator of charites. Your donation is tax-deductible as permissable by law.

Tribute GiftsMake a donation in honor or memory or a beloved person or pet and we'll send a card to whomever you wish telling them about your donation (we do not disclose donation amount). We'll also put your tribute gift information in the Gifts of Love section of our quarterly newsletter, AnimalFare. -
Ralphs Rewards Card Community Contribution ProgramYou can help shelter pets every time you shop for groceries! When you enroll in Ralphs rewards program and choose the San Diego Humane Society as your community contribution beneficiary, Ralphs will donate a percentage of your total purchase to help our pets. Please Note: due to recent changes in the program, even if you have already enrolled and selected us, it’s necessary to take a moment to sign on to your account to confirm that we are still your designated charity. -
Celebration TagsIn celebration of the human-animal bond, two sculptures, one cat and one dog, were commissioned and placed prominently in front of the main entrance to the Humane Society. Each of these magnificent sculptures features 800 glistening silver tags, allowing supporters to personalize messages to either memorialize and pay tribute to individuals and pets who have made a difference in their lives. -

A simple email or phone call can turn your car, motorcycle, boat or recreational vehicle into cash for the San Diego Humane Society.
