Junior Volunteers:

Junior Volunteers (ages 12-17) socialize our small adoptable animals.

  • What: Youth ages 12-17 help exercise our rabbits and guinea pigs and socialize our adoptable cats, providing them with valuable enrichment during their shelter stay. Kids may also help with other various service tasks throughout the shelter as needed. This program provides a great opportunity for youth to have hands-on interactions with animals and give back to the shelter while earning community service hours.
  • When: Held 2-3 times a month from 4:30-6:00 p.m.
  • Cost: $10.00 per child

Register: Reservations are required.
